New blue flag beaches in 2023

The list of beaches that have obtained the Blue Flag award in 2023 has already been published. This distinction recognizes the quality of beaches taking into account a series of parameters that are reviewed annually. These include water quality, environmental management, safety services and measures, and information and environmental education initiatives organized by the city council.

In this post we’d like to introduce you to the beaches in Spain and Portugal that have been awarded the blue flag for the first time in 2023:
