1. Las Teresitas Beach, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife:

Las Teresitas Beach stands out for its fine golden sand from the Sahara, the huge palm trees that surround it, and the tranquility of the blue waters of the Atlantic. Unlike many other beaches in Tenerife, known for their strong waves, Las Teresitas offers a calm sea, as it is protected by a stone breakwater. This makes it ideal for families with children, for swimming, and even for paddle surfing. It is one of the beaches where swimming is guaranteed, and undoubtedly one of the favourites among visitors and locals for its impressive sand and excellent conditions for swimming. In addition, it has several beach bars where you can enjoy both a cocktail and the local seafood, with views of the sea and the mountains.
