5. San Fruttuoso, in Liguria

Situated between Camogli and Portofino, San Fruttuoso is a hidden gem in the Italian Riviera. Its limited access, as it is possible only by sea or by crossing the Portofino National Park through mountain trails, makes it a quiet place that invites relaxation. San Fruttuoso is located in a small bay surrounded by vegetation, its sand is fine gravel, and its crystal-clear waters allow for enjoyable swimming and diving. The Abbey of San Fruttuoso di Capodimonte, dating back to the 10th century, now a museum, stands out on the beach.
